Vibrant Logistics Ltd. Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Vibrant Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, coordinating activities with other departments, and maintaining a high level of productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and high-quality performance.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain efficient warehouse operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of staff and resources.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the efficient movement of goods and materials.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Permanent work term with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Working Conditions:

The Warehouse Supervisor will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a team of 5-10 people. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
