Job Summary
Can Wings Students Services Ltd. is seeking an Office Administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our administrative team. This is a key role that requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our office services.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our policies and procedures.
- Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure they are in compliance with our policies and procedures.
- This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to handle a large workload.
- Efficient interpersonal skills to work effectively with our team and stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure effective communication.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Organized to ensure effective management of multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Reliability to ensure consistent and high-quality work.
