Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working with stakeholders to clarify and define software feature requirements
  • Developing effective and efficient solutions by researching and analyzing issues, defining opportunities for business process improvements, and making recommendations
  • Developing and managing comprehensive project plans
  • Acting as a resource in the exchange of technical information with project teams, the business, and outside vendors

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Business or Technology related Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Good understanding of technology, specifically email flow and SaaS technologies
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Requirements gathering and strong research skills, with the ability to distill information down into a consumable form
  • Ability to perform analyses and synthesize information and make recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate between and with technical and non-technical departments
  • Minimum three years of work experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess good critical thinking skills and initiative to investigate and resolve issues with minimal supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in IT, especially in Email technology such as email encryption and SaaS
