About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Analyst, Real Estate Investments to join our Real Estate Investments team. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the real estate investments and asset management process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support investment managers in the analysis of potential real estate transactions, including residential, office, retail, and industrial assets.
  • Develop and validate financial models related to real estate investments, analyzing cash flows and project returns.
  • Participate in presenting investment opportunities at weekly Real Estate Management Investment Committee meetings.
  • Conduct research and analysis of real estate markets, identifying trends and opportunities in selected markets and asset classes.
  • Engage in regular reviews of business plans, assessing and reporting on deviations from projected budgets.
Requirements
  • Strong writing skills and ability to build good relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong financial analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good attention to detail and presentation of information.
  • Outgoing self-starter with high level of autonomy and proactivity.
  • Strong team player with organized and methodical approach.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong work ethic and professional integrity.
