We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Vineyard Worker to join our team at FRIND WINERY LTD. As a Vineyard Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the growth of our vines, vine canopy, and grapes. Your tasks will include planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops, tying and securing plants, harvesting crops, operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment, and training workers in duties and policies.

The work site environment for this position will be in a viticulture setting, exposed to all weather conditions, and may involve working in wet/damp, dusty, hot, and dirty conditions.

As a Vineyard Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and managing the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
• Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
• Tying and securing plants
• Harvesting crops
• Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment
• Training workers in duties and policies
• Collaborating with the winemaking team to ensure high-quality grapes and wines

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license
