Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will serve as a key partner in driving Human Resource services and support exposure for our organisation.

Key responsibilities would include:

  1. Assisting in identifying organisations willing to create a HR back office in India
  2. Assisting in sourcing clients requiring Local or international candidates to be hired for their roles based in Canada
  3. Coordinating and generating leads of organisations exploring India as a business destination and providing them HR support services
  4. End-to-end business lead generation and project closure

Requirements
Experience:

  1. Sales and Business Development experience in business-to-business selling of HR products and services
  2. Knowledge of the Canadian market and market practices
  3. Work permit to work in Canada
