We are seeking a skilled Business Development Advisor to join our team in Canada.
About the RoleThis is a key position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service throughout the customer's journey, taking a proactive approach to discovering customer needs, educating customers, and building comprehensive plans to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and develop effective solutions to meet those needs.
- Educate customers on financial products and services, providing relevant insights and expert advice.
- Build strong relationships with customers, using a holistic approach to help them achieve their financial goals.
- Nurture and grow branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals, focusing on a positive customer experience.
- Self-directed and performance-oriented, with a natural curiosity to uncover and solve for customer needs.
- Willingness to complete industry-related courses and obtain required licenses, such as a Mutual Funds license and CIFP Diploma.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
