Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at barBURRITO. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafeteria, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Train and Develop Staff: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply needs, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Manage Budget and Finances: Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring that we are operating within our financial means.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain Records and Reports: Accurately maintain records of stock, sales, and other key metrics, providing regular reports to management.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of food service operations and management.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
