Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Professional to lead our team as a Regional Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive business growth while fostering a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance and coaching to your team, identifying succession planning opportunities
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership and setting the tone for a positive work environment
  3. Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets, focusing on employee engagement and client retention
  4. Champion corporate initiatives, communicate policies and procedures effectively, and ensure seamless execution
  5. Conduct audits on processes, documentation, and correspondence to maintain operational efficiency
  6. Pursue continuous self-development through industry involvement, community engagement, and relevant courses

Requirements:

  1. General Insurance Level 2 License (an asset)
  2. 8+ years of insurance experience with 3+ years in management roles
  3. Proven track record in recruitment, staff development, and performance management
  4. Involvement in industry-related associations and community activities
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  6. A passionate, self-driven individual with a determination to succeed
What We Offer

We provide a competitive compensation package consisting of:

  • $95,000 - $120,000 salary range
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits plan
  • Eligibility for company matching investment and savings programs

Location: Medicine Hat or Lethbridge, Alberta
