Job Title: Disability Management Specialist Lead

    About the Role:

    Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, we are seeking a Disability Management Specialist Lead to oversee extended absence and accommodation processes.

    Key Responsibilities include providing guidance and consultation to ensure efficient use of related programs, policies, and procedures.

  • Oversee and manage the full scope of sick leave and extended absence programs for Canada.
  • Monitor absence-related data to generate reports and analysis that inform proactive disability management actions.
  • Maintain detailed records for all sick leave, disability, and accommodation claims.

    This is a full-time permanent position in our Winnipeg head office.

Compensation Package:

    The salary for this role is approximately $85,000 per year.

Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Disability Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Occupational and Non-Occupational Claims Management including WSIB/WCB administration and LTD claims management.
  • Demonstrated experience in absence management and leading return-to-work programs.
