Sales and Business Development Expert

We are an Original Equipment Supplier dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. Our 35,000-square-foot warehouse stocks over 100,000 products, including MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and more. We cater to residential, commercial, and industrial needs with a wide range of amperages and voltages.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time sales position based at our location in Saskatoon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor emails and respond promptly to sales inquiries
- Generate high-quality leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, contacts, and sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media marketing campaigns
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, CRM management, or social media marketing (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
- Knowledge of the electrical industry or a related field is a plus
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
