Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at TULIP E-COMMERCE AND LOGISTICS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations to meet business objectives.
  • Organize and coordinate the work of warehouse staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the warehouse, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and equipment maintenance.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and any issues that may arise.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of warehouse staff and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage the work of warehouse staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
