About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at the Avalon Mall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized sales support to customers, identifying their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive sales efforts and effective upselling/cross-selling strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team sales goals and support the overall success of the store.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • 1-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
