Food Service Team Lead

Lucky's Motel, Restaurant & Lounge is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen and dining areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish efficient work schedules, manage food and kitchen supplies, and coordinate staff activities to meet service demands.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Support: Provide diversity and cross-cultural training, cultural competency training, and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous workers.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
