You will be responsible for:
- Achieving and exceeding annual revenue budgets
- Reinvigorating our patient base with unscheduled hygiene appointments
- Supporting ongoing management of pre-booking appointments
- Enhancing staff efficiency through a strategic staffing approach
- Collaborating on a dental supply strategy with both the team and external vendors
- Elevating customer satisfaction levels through measured KPIs
We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years of proven leadership experience, ideally in a dental setting
- A Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related area
