Key Accountabilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Achieving and exceeding annual revenue budgets
  • Reinvigorating our patient base with unscheduled hygiene appointments
  • Supporting ongoing management of pre-booking appointments
  • Enhancing staff efficiency through a strategic staffing approach
  • Collaborating on a dental supply strategy with both the team and external vendors
  • Elevating customer satisfaction levels through measured KPIs
Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • 3+ years of proven leadership experience, ideally in a dental setting
  • A Bachelor's Degree in business administration or a related area
