Car Wash Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at G & B FUEL & CNVCE STORE. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our car wash facility.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality cleaning standards.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the car wash facility meets our high standards for safety and cleanliness.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities to enhance our services, such as painting, repair work, or equipment upgrades.
- Assist with Cleaning Duties: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Coordinate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, physically demanding, manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, judgement
