Job Title: Supervisor - Athletic Club Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team at 2582048 Ontario Inc. as part of our Athletic Club Operations department.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of our athletic club, ensuring that all activities and events run smoothly and efficiently. This includes scheduling events, programs, and activities, as well as monitoring quality and production levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of the athletic club
  • Monitor quality and production levels to ensure high standards are met
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including office and volunteer staff
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
