Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Veterinary Assistant to join our team at ITR Laboratories Canada Inc. in a Pre-Clinical Research Center setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with veterinarians to provide exceptional care to sick or injured animals.
  • Assist in the management of quarantine procedures and health assessments for laboratory animals.
  • Perform laboratory tests under the supervision of veterinarians to determine animal health status.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of recommended treatments for laboratory animals.
Requirements
  • College diploma in Animal Health.
  • Experience in a Pre-Clinical Research Center or animal care and surgery is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluency in English; functional knowledge of French is an asset.
