Job Title: Landscape Worker

We are seeking a skilled Landscape Worker to join our team at High Standard Landscape Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' properties, ensuring they look their best at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut grass, rake, and collect refuse to maintain a clean and tidy environment.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Write daily progress reports to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Own transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Client-focused and reliable with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment and techniques.
