Steele Auto Group is seeking a dedicated Client Care Associate to enhance our customer service operations across multiple regions.

The Client Care Associate plays a crucial role in informing customers about their forthcoming service needs, managing recalls, and coordinating appointment schedules. This position emphasizes exceptional customer service, focusing on effective communication and support for our clients.

The Client Care Center Associate is tasked with notifying customers of their service requirements and scheduling appointments, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction rather than sales. This position is primarily remote; however, occasional onsite attendance may be necessary.

Set working hours: 7:30 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

Hourly Wage Range: $16.80 – $19.70

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other channels in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Informing customers about their upcoming service needs and scheduling appointments accordingly.
  • Efficiently managing workload to ensure productive customer interactions.
  • Providing accurate updates to customers regarding the status of their inquiries.
  • Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary.
  • Upholding confidentiality of customer information.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business by addressing their queries effectively.
  • Collaborating with dealerships to meet and fulfill customer needs.
  • Accurately documenting customer details in relevant systems and tools.
  • Effectively communicating and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Performing additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is considered an asset.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, with an ability to view situations from various perspectives.
  • Excellent two-way communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong technical aptitude and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong multitasking capabilities.
