About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join our team at PAYAL BEAUTY HEIGHTS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily salon operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
    • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure high standards of customer service and salon operations.
    • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Financial Management
    • Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure the salon operates within budget and meets financial objectives.
    • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the salon and attract new customers.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Maintain sales records for inventory control and monitor sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that products are stocked and available for sale.
  • Business Development
    • Work with the management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
