About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of innovative digital solutions, driving digital transformation within our Supply Chain Management organization. This role is pivotal in enhancing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and integrating Information Technology (IT) with Operational Technology (OT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with supply chain management and cross-functional teams to plan various digital and automated solutions.
  • Oversee the requirements gathering, application development, testing, and delivery of the digital solutions and the continuous improvements of the digital solutions portfolio.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends in automation, AI/ML, low code development to drive innovation within the organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering digital solutions, with a track record of successful project delivery in a leadership capacity of at least 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and cross-functional stakeholders on both technical and business concepts.
  • Experience managing a multidisciplinary team of business analysts, UI/UX designers, application devs, QAs and designers to deliver complex solutions.
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders (Director+).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, including Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power AI, Power BI), Dataverse, SQL, RPA tools, and programming languages such as Python, Java, C# (.Net Framework), etc.
  • Bachelor's degree or beyond in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
