Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for presenting and selling our products and services to new and existing customers, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and updating our CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Present and sell our products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Update and maintain our CRM platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience in the business-to-consumer market
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and support
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
