Department Head

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Department Manager to join our team at Walmart Canada. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates and driving sales growth in the Front End department.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Team: Supervise and develop a team of associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Drive Sales Growth: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Manage Department Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front End department, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Develop and Implement Plans: Create and execute plans to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and increase associate engagement.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other department managers and store leaders to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
- Sales and Customer Service: Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with associates, customers, and colleagues.
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve sales and customer engagement.
