Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to provide administrative support to the Principal and staff at the Ottawa Catholic School Board.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial and administrative services to the Principal and staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Act as a receptionist, greeting visitors and responding to inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
