Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Clerk at the Service Ontario Centre. As a key member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding our services and policies
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered, and issue receipts and other forms as necessary
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints
  • Perform general office duties, including receiving payments and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Basic security clearance, bondability, and a credit check
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and under pressure
  • Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Experience working in a similar environment
