Job Summary
We're hiring Retail Warehouse & Production Associates to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, processing donations, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities
- Process donations and merchandise in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and backroom
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management
