Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Specialist will provide technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems, software, and other technology-related issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of technical concepts, and the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use technology effectively
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
