About the Role:

Eva Lee & Associates Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancer to join our team. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Conveyancer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support to clients.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook), with the ability to use these tools to manage and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of ProSuite and PC Law software is an asset, with the ability to use these tools to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Ability to electronically file documents in Land Title Office through LTSA, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a strong sense of collaboration and a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Ability to apply sound judgment to the applications of policies and procedures, with a focus on ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Strong sense of urgency, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
