Job Summary

Randstad Digital is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Voice Transformation team, you will play a critical role in assisting with the lifecycle plans for Toll Free modernization, Traffic Operator Position System (TOPS), Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) hardware and software upgrades, and other PSTN transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Services Architect and Technical Team Lead on the overall design and implementation of PSTN transformation projects
  • Perform design review(s) and code reviews to ensure high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with the team to test changes and additions related to overall design
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PSTN transformation projects
  • Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the ConceptWave Toll Free SMS application and SOMOS 800 database
  • Ability to build and execute detailed test plans and test cases
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for creating testing reports, MOPs, test cases, specification documents, etc.
  • Strong understanding of voice networks and the positioning of the Toll Free solution within the network

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French
  • Experience with Agile methodology and blended water-fall/Agile approach
