Position Overview

Adiuvo Consulting Inc. is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates our clients' messages.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years and less than 3 years in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the time required to complete graphic designs and illustrations.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Oversee all facets of production for print, audio-visual, or digital materials.
  • Engage with clients to define the overall aesthetic, graphic components, and content of communication materials.
  • Select the most suitable medium to achieve the desired visual impact and effective communication.
  • Create graphic elements that align with client objectives.
  • Set guidelines for illustrators or photographers involved in projects.
  • Draft sketches, layouts, and graphic components.
Support InitiativesFor Newcomers and Refugees
  • Assist with immediate settlement requirements such as housing, transportation, and childcare.
  • Facilitate social and labor market integration through access to community resources and training.
  • Recruit individuals displaced by conflict or natural disasters.
  • Support recognition of foreign credentials.
  • Implement mentorship programs pairing newcomers with experienced professionals.
For Youth
  • Provide tailored on-the-job training.
  • Offer mentorship and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct awareness training to foster a welcoming environment for youth.
For Veterans
  • Engage Veterans through targeted hiring initiatives.
For Indigenous Peoples
  • Build and maintain relationships with Indigenous communities and organizations.
  • Deliver cultural competency training to promote an inclusive workplace.
