About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team at Private Household - Luo. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings, providing companionship and support.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Administer medications and assist with regular exercise, such as walking.
Requirements
  • CPR Certificate
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate
  • Valid driver's licence
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
