Insulation Installation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Installation Specialist to join our team at Lubana Standard Insulation Ltd. As an Insulation Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' buildings are properly insulated to meet their energy efficiency needs.
Key Responsibilities- Selecting the appropriate type of insulation for each project, taking into account factors such as climate, building type, and energy efficiency goals.
- Measuring and cutting insulating materials to the required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools.
- Applying and securing insulation using various methods, including spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods.
- Fitting insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs to ensure a tight seal.
- Installing vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials to protect against moisture and fire hazards.
- Brushing waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials to ensure a watertight seal.
- Fabricating and applying removable insulation pads and covers to protect insulation from damage.
- Assembling, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment to access hard-to-reach areas.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work site environment: Dusty and confined spaces.
- Work setting: Construction, commercial, and residential.
- Tasks: Will train, permanent employment, 35-40 hours per week, English language.
