Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Support Worker to join our team at Sridar Narayanan, Thiruvengadata narayanan. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks
  • Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment:

Our Home Support Workers work in a fast-paced environment, providing care and support to clients in their own homes. This role requires a high level of physical activity, including standing, walking, and bending.
