Job Title: Information Systems Specialist

At 24192995 Alberta Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Information Systems Specialist to join our team. As an Information Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting computer issues, and implementing solutions. You will also be involved in the redesign of applications and software, and provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting computer issues and implementing solutions
* Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
* Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
* Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
* Participate in the redesign of applications and software
* Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
