Job Title: Customer Service Representative - Contract
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milton, ON. This is a contract position for a duration of 6 months, offering a unique opportunity to work with a global leader in stone wool solutions.
Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline of our business, working closely with our sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your day will be filled with processing customer orders and inquiries, recording and responding to customer requests, and running daily and weekly reports to ensure accurate execution of customer orders.
