About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at the Stacked Pancake House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen and dining room staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
    • Monitor and control food and labor costs
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
