About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Lily's Lounge Spa. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our customer service team, providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our customer service team has the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that our customer service team is meeting our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory of products and services, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our customer service experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
