Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Érablière du Pont d'Or Limitée. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, responding to enquiries from members of the business community, and conducting surveys and analyzing data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Respond to enquiries from members of the business community, providing information on development opportunities and services offered by Érablière du Pont d'Or Limitée.
  • Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers, providing insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products, identifying best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Act as spokesperson for Érablière du Pont d'Or Limitée, representing the company at events and in communications with stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials, ensuring accuracy and consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions, working with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct analytical marketing studies, analyzing data and trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Develop a portfolio of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and other marketing collateral.
  • Develop feasibility studies, analyzing data and trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Conduct online marketing, e-commerce, and website promotions, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Develop marketing strategies, working with internal stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Ensure appropriate business and commercial licenses are in place, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement business plans, working with internal stakeholders to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
