About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tabouli by Eddy's. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide culinary direction and leadership to our kitchen team, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Cook Trade Certification and Safe Food Handling certificate.
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding role. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
