Café Operations Manager

At Cha House Coquitlam Inc., we are seeking a skilled and experienced Café Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our café. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily café operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address customer complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility, including customer service, food preparation, and cash handling.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and promote sales growth.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
