Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage clinical operations and program services in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage resources through budget development, expense review, and action planning.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, fostering a supportive environment that promotes engagement, innovation, and individual and team achievements.
  • Recruit and develop talent, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with medical staff, other departments, and external partners to ensure effective working relationships and shared resource utilization.
  • Participate in strategic planning, project development, and clinical services design.
Requirements
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in health sciences or a related field, plus seven years of recent related experience, including two years in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of clinical health care practice, education, and program planning, development, and evaluation.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and carry out projects, and to work effectively under pressure and with changing priorities and deadlines.
