About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Alarm Systems Technician to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire alarm systems and other related building systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex fire alarm systems and other related building systems
  • Install and maintain fire alarm systems, including wiring, devices, and control panels
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are functioning properly
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in fire alarm systems
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in low voltage electrical systems, including fire alarm systems
  • CFAA Certification
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and operational manuals
  • Knowledge of test equipment, multi-meter, digital analyzer, and commissioning devices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
