About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious sales executive to join our team in Waterloo. As a sales executive, you will play a key role in rapidly expanding our customer base and further developing our market-leading position in the agritech industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture leads and build relationships with prospects through from initial contact to conversion
  • Make direct outbound calls to potential customers
  • Utilize CRM software and other sales tools to manage sales pipeline and track progress
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR or sales executive role
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of success
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
  • Agricultural background or grain trading background is highly desirable
