About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator, Installed Sales and Project Manager to join our team at RONA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales plans to meet annual sales and margin objectives, generating sales through qualifying potential customers, and executing project and design consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Sales Plans: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales and margin objectives.
  • Generate Sales: Qualify potential customers, identify sales opportunities, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Project and Design Consultations: Conduct in-store showroom tours, on-site consultations, and provide design layouts with plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
  • Provide Quotes: Prepare detailed quotes, including scope of work, project timelines, and financial proposals.
  • Liaise with Customers and Contractors: Communicate with customers and contractors to ensure superior customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • 3 Years' Experience in Interior/Exterior Project Sales and Management: Proven experience in sales and project management, with a focus on interior and exterior projects.
  • Proven Sales Performance: Demonstrate a track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
  • Passion for Design and Home Improvement: Have a passion for design and home improvement, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Superior Computer Skills: Proficient in specialized design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superior Product Expertise: Have in-depth knowledge of products and services offered by RONA.
  • Advanced Project Management Knowledge: Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
