Belgian City Hotels fungeert als de centrale organisatie voor meerdere hotels die onder de internationale keten Accor opereren. Wij bieden uitgebreide ondersteuning aan onze hotels op het gebied van financiën, verkoop, marketing en personeelszaken.

Met de opening van een nieuwe locatie in Zaventem, genaamd Mövenpick Brussels Airport, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en enthousiaste Front Office Manager.

Mövenpick staat bekend als een premium merk binnen de 4-sterren categorie en belichaamt luxe en comfort. De nieuwe vestiging zal beschikken over 220 kamers, een dakterras restaurant, een skylounge en wellnessfaciliteiten.

Vacatureomschrijving

Als Front Office Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel functioneren van de front office, het kloppende hart van ons hotel. Je taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Beheren van reserveringen en het bieden van uitstekende service aan gasten.
  • Toezicht houden op de veiligheid en het beheer van bagage.
  • Ontwikkelen van interne richtlijnen in overeenstemming met de groepsverwachtingen en toezien op de naleving daarvan.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de operationele training en begeleiding van het Front Office-team.
  • Afhandelen van administratieve taken zoals reserveringen, facturering en betalingen.
  • Opstellen van budgetten en rapportages.
  • Deelnemen aan het Duty Management team.
Functie-eisen
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in de hospitality sector, bij voorkeur in een leidinggevende rol aan de front office.
  • Uitstekende klantgerichtheid en sociale vaardigheden.
  • Proactieve en ondernemende instelling.
  • Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zelfstandig kunnen werken.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om een team te motiveren.
  • Probleemoplossend en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en stressbestendig.
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels; kennis van andere talen is een plus.
  • Commerciële vaardigheden zijn een pré.
