Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at RollyScoop Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
- Staff Management: Direct and supervise other workers to ensure efficient and effective task completion.
- Training and Development: Train staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their professional growth.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and optimal outcomes.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Oversee the preparation of reports and perform data entry tasks to support our business operations.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of staff.
- Recruitment: Recruit and hire staff to support our business growth and objectives.
- Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 35 hours bi-weekly.
