About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at SerVantage Services Corp. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Inventory Management

Plan and coordinate the procurement of equipment and supplies, ensuring that our facilities are well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our clients.

Team Leadership and Supervision

Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Contract Management

Coordinate contract services with external vendors, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards and that our clients receive excellent service.

Health and Safety

Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and clients.

Financial Management

Prepare budgets and payrolls, ensuring that our facilities management operations are financially sustainable and efficient.

Maintenance and Repair

Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Performance Evaluation and Appraisal

Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals, providing feedback and guidance to our staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.

Inventory Management

Maintain an inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms, ensuring that our facilities are well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our clients.

Laundry Services

Supervise and coordinate in-house laundry services, ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and that our clients receive excellent service.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and clients.

Staff Management

Hire and dismiss staff, ensuring that our facilities management team is well-staffed and equipped to meet the needs of our clients.

Client Service

Respond to complaints of guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with our facilities management services.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager who has a strong background in facilities management and housekeeping operations. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our staff to deliver excellent results.

You will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, with the ability to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will also have excellent financial management skills, with the ability to prepare budgets and payrolls and ensure that our facilities management operations are financially sustainable and efficient.
