About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team at The Richmond Academy of Dance Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing and distributing meeting minutes, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and providing orientation.
  • Employee Relations: Provide support with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining employee records.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Assist with benefits administration, including processing benefits claims and maintaining accurate records. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR systems, including employee data, benefits, and performance management. Develop and implement processes to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
