Culinary Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Snack Shack (Manning) Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department, including the management of inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesManage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving, to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsEnsure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and safety, and that our facilities and equipment are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
Manage Customer ServiceManage customer service, including responding to customer complaints and concerns, and ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and a positive dining experience.
Prepare and Submit ReportsPrepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to management, as required.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, or equivalent experience.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency is required.
AvailabilityAvailability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
